The Role
We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager, Demand Generation to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a hybrid strategist + operator role, ideal for someone who can own client relationships, build smart demand gen strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute high-performing campaigns. You’ll work closely with specialists across paid media, content, PR, and marketing automation (HubSpot) to deliver integrated programs that drive qualified pipeline and ROI.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary client lead and strategic advisor
- Translate business goals into data-driven demand generation strategies
- Build and own quarterly and annual marketing plans
- Lead client communication, reporting, and performance reviews
- Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Demand Gen, PR, paid search, email, content, ABM, and CRM data tracking)
- Partner with internal teams to execute full-funnel programs
- Leverage HubSpot and analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all channels
Performance & Growth Optimization
- Analyze KPIs including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale performance
- Test and implement new channels, tools, and AI-driven approaches to demand generation
What We’re Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving measurable results
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (prefered) or similar marketing automation platforms
- Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities
- Bonus: Experience in logistics B2B marketing
