The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager, Demand Generation to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a hybrid strategist + operator role, ideal for someone who can own client relationships, build smart demand gen strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute high-performing campaigns. You’ll work closely with specialists across paid media, content, PR, and marketing automation (HubSpot) to deliver integrated programs that drive qualified pipeline and ROI.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary client lead and strategic advisor
  • Translate business goals into data-driven demand generation strategies
  • Build and own quarterly and annual marketing plans
  • Lead client communication, reporting, and performance reviews
  • Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Demand Gen, PR, paid search, email, content, ABM, and CRM data tracking)
  • Partner with internal teams to execute full-funnel programs
  • Leverage HubSpot and analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all channels

Performance & Growth Optimization

  • Analyze KPIs including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale performance
  • Test and implement new channels, tools, and AI-driven approaches to demand generation

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving measurable results
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (prefered) or similar marketing automation platforms
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities
  • Bonus: Experience in logistics B2B marketing
