Key Responsibilities

• Provide operations and support assistance for desktop computers and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop computers and related systems.
• Adhere to the guidelines of the Clark County School District Computer Technician – Entry-Level Program.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., General Educational Development (GED) or foreign equivalency).
• Experience Required: Three (3) years of work experience in microcomputer support, including one (1) year directly related to providing operations and support assistance and troubleshooting desktop computers and related systems; OR Two (2) years of college in IT-related fields with one (1) year of related work experience.
• Requirements: Successful completion of the Clark County School District Computer Technician – Entry-Level Program.
• Qualifications: Possession of a valid driver’s license that permits legal operation of a motor vehicle in Nevada and a copy of current driving history (dated within six (6) months).
