Job Description

Position Overview

At Alonso & Alonso, we provide personalized legal services and a commitment to excellence. Our marketing team is expanding with the addition of a Marketing Technology Specialist who will bridge marketing, technology, and data to modernize our digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing key marketing platforms – including Meta Ads Manager, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Google Analytics 4, and the firm’s website – to ensure seamless integration, improved performance, and data-driven campaign insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily technical operations of marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, Manychat, and analytics systems) and integrate data across CRM, automation, advertising, and analytics.
  • Manage and optimize the firm’s website and landing pages – including CMS functionality, SEO enhancements, tracking code implementations, and troubleshooting performance issues.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, ensuring alignment between creative assets and tracking metrics.
  • Develop marketing automation workflows and build custom dashboards (using GA4, Data Studio, or Power BI) to drive data-informed decisions and continuous campaign improvement.
  • Create internal documentation, train team members on marketing technologies, and collaborate with IT, operations, and external vendors to uphold system security and efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing marketing platforms and digital systems in a technology-driven marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Manager & Ads Manager, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and ManyChat.
  • Proven experience in maintaining and updating websites (both front-end and back-end), with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (PHP or Python a plus).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace) and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Marketo) and a data-driven mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in Meta Ads, Google Ads, or HubSpot.
  • Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, or ETL workflows.
  • Exposure to UX/UI optimization practices and accessibility standards.
  • Project experience implementing website redesigns or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python for data automation.
