Key Responsibilities
- Sell new single family homes in designated communities while coordinating all aspects of the home buying process.
- Utilize all sales forms, reports, procedures, contracts, and policies in accordance with company guidelines.
- Establish and maintain Realtor relationships through marketing, frequent office visits, phone, and e-mail follow-up.
- Attend or host events and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the company’s product lines, subdivisions, and community facilities.
- Greet prospective customers, provide model home tours, and ensure model home sites are well maintained and presentable.
- Assist customers with the selection of home site, house plan, and structural options.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-driven individual with a positive attitude.
- Strong work ethic, results oriented, and a desire to succeed while satisfying customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation abilities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with strong closing skills.
- Professional appearance with a friendly and approachable manner.
- Proven successful track record in sales.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
- Experience conducting a comparative market analysis.
- High school diploma required and availability to work weekend hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- New home sales experience.
- College degree.
