- Accurately collect and submit user feedback using structured templates.
- Follow project protocols and meet reporting deadlines with precision.
- Provide honest, thoughtful insights that support digital product improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable internet access and a webcam-equipped computer or smart device.
- Clear communication skills with attention to grammar, tone, and detail.
- Ability to work independently while following written instructions.
- Basic familiarity with online forms, surveys, or collaboration tools.
- No previous experience in research or customer-facing work required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest in online communication, product feedback, or user research.
- Dependable and comfortable completing remote assignments independently.
- Organized, patient, and adaptable to new projects or tools.
Compensation & Earnings
- $75–$150 for short single-session tasks.
- $300–$750 for multi-session or recurring participation.
- Work remotely with no set schedule or minimum hour requirements.
- Occasional opportunities to preview or test unreleased products and services.
