MOT DRIVERS/LABORERS

Position Overview

Bob's Barricades is hiring DAY and NIGHT shift MOT Technicians with previous boating experience on 20' to 25' boats. In this role, you will handle safety assignments—cruising under various Jacksonville bridges for 50% of the time—while the remainder is spent delivering and setting up barricades, installing signs, and other devices. Maintenance of traffic control training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Servicing of lights on barricades and signs
• Deliver and pick up equipment from job sites

Required Qualifications

• Ability to load truck, set up and maintain traffic control devices
• Experience with lane closures setup and removal, and crash cushion installation
• Capable of building equipment when necessary
• Familiarity with Duval, Baker, Clay, Nassau, and St. Johns counties
• Willingness to work 40 or more hours per week
• Acceptance of Drug Testing/Screening, Background Checks, and Motor Vehicle Record Check
