Position Overview

Garber Automotive Group, a third-generation family-owned business renowned for exceptional customer service and employee satisfaction, is seeking a proactive and organized Office Administrator. In this role, you will support our fast-paced office environment by managing front desk activities, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk activities, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling general inquiries.
  • Coordinate office communications by managing emails, letters, packages, and internal memos.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, providing timely reminders.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
  • Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • A creative mindset with initiative to suggest process improvements.
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent with proven data entry experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to change.
