Position Overview

Synergy Computer Solutions, Inc. (“Synergycom”) has been delivering quality IT consulting and outsourced solutions since 1995. As a Senior Technical Business Development Manager, you will focus on prospecting and securing new customers, tapping into your expertise in the IT services industry. This role, reporting directly to the President/CEO, is pivotal in expanding our business footprint and building enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and secure new customers using a proven sales process.
  • Engage C-level decision makers to introduce IT consulting solutions.
  • Negotiate, create opportunities, and close deals effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a strong book of business.
  • Travel as required by business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT and/or Engineering services sales experience calling on C-level decision makers.
  • Highly motivated, sales and results driven, with a passion for finding new customers.
  • Proven track record in the service industry with a demonstrated prospecting process.
  • Exceptional verbal, speaking, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in the technical aspects of the IT industry.
  • Strong networking skills with dedication to follow-up.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with and closing federal, state, and local government contracts.
  • Experience in selling on-site consulting services and/or strategic staffing.
  • Experience in selling on-site and offshore programs and/or projects.
