Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers, identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and deliver helpful solutions to ensure a great customer service experience. At ELEVANCE NYC, located in Midtown Manhattan, we offer face-to-face consulting with well-known companies across various industries. Our focus is on long-term customer relationships and providing opportunity for growth. Compensation: $1,000.00 per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct B2B presentations for our clients
  • Identify customer problems, collect relevant information, and provide effective solutions
  • Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
  • Employ best practices in customer service to build rapport and strong relationships
  • Document all customer interactions accurately
  • Meet personal and team quotas
  • Attend training sessions to continuously update skills and knowledge

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of active listening techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with the capacity to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
