Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with customers, identify their needs, process requests, escalate complaints, and deliver helpful solutions to ensure a great customer service experience. At ELEVANCE NYC, located in Midtown Manhattan, we offer face-to-face consulting with well-known companies across various industries. Our focus is on long-term customer relationships and providing opportunity for growth. Compensation: $1,000.00 per week
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B presentations for our clients
- Identify customer problems, collect relevant information, and provide effective solutions
- Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
- Employ best practices in customer service to build rapport and strong relationships
- Document all customer interactions accurately
- Meet personal and team quotas
- Attend training sessions to continuously update skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of active listening techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Highly organized with the capacity to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
