Entry Level Sales Reps - Paid Weekly

Position Overview

Vector Marketing is seeking part time Sales Representatives to sell high-quality Cutco products during low-key, one-on-one appointments. In this role, you will focus on excellent customer service rather than high-pressure sales, while enjoying a Compensation structure that guarantees a minimum base pay, with commission opportunities available based on performance. You will also benefit from comprehensive training and flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized one-on-one appointments with prospective customers.
• Educate customers about the high-quality Cutco products for kitchen and gardening.
• Attend thorough training sessions and regular local meetings.
• Manage your own flexible schedule around personal and academic commitments.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and customer-focused service at all times.

Required Qualifications

• Enjoy working with people and providing excellent customer service.
• Must be a high school graduate and at least 17/18 years old.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills quickly.
• Availability to interview within the next 5 to 7 days.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance work commitments with personal, academic, or other responsibilities.
