Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Marketing Sales Representative to join our dynamic team! Salary: $25,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in outside sales efforts by actively reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences to generate new leads and expand territory coverage.
  • Manage existing accounts by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demos, and upselling solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop strategic business plans for territory management, identifying target markets and creating action plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations and technical sales demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that support lead generation efforts and enhance brand visibility in targeted markets.
  • Perform regular analysis of sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in territory sales strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales roles with a focus on technology or industrial products.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and territory management within a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities and customer data.
  • Excellent negotiation skills paired with a customer-centric approach to account management.
  • Experience conducting product demos, technical presentations, and upselling solutions effectively.
  • Ability to analyze sales data for strategic decision-making and territory optimization.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude toward inside and outside sales activities, including cold calling and direct outreach.
