Job Description
Position Overview
As a Junior Financial Analyst at ProSidian, you will provide financial analysis support for Government and Public Services sector clients – including the City of Charlotte (COC) and the Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). This role, based near CONUS – Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region, offers exposure to dynamic consulting engagements while contributing to tailored solutions in risk management, compliance, and business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze financial data.
- Assist with reporting and forecast preparation.
- Support variance analysis.
- May assist with KPI tracking and financial system updates.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of finance or accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and report writing.
- Strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with KPI tracking and financial system updates.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
