Job Description

Position Overview

As a Junior Financial Analyst at ProSidian, you will provide financial analysis support for Government and Public Services sector clients – including the City of Charlotte (COC) and the Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA). This role, based near CONUS – Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region, offers exposure to dynamic consulting engagements while contributing to tailored solutions in risk management, compliance, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze financial data.
  • Assist with reporting and forecast preparation.
  • Support variance analysis.
  • May assist with KPI tracking and financial system updates.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of finance or accounting experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, Excel, and report writing.
  • Strong attention to detail, an analytical mindset, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with KPI tracking and financial system updates.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio.
