Job Description
Position Overview
The Specialist, Global Marketing will play a key role in planning, executing, and tracking strategic marketing plans for the brand. This role drives initiatives designed to deliver against the company's strategic priorities and requires strong leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills to translate business data into actionable strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, and a passion for luxury marketing, retail, and consumer behavior is a must.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiative Development
- Support the development of multiple global marketing initiatives from 360 brief generation through creative development and deployment of global asset toolkits (e.g. go-to-market planning for new jewelry introductions, brand heritage and expression, gifting initiatives, and vertical support for Home & Accessories and Watches).
- Drive Global Marketing team initiatives such as managing the master marketing content calendar to ensure team members are aligned on objectives and next steps.
- Manage research initiatives independently, including competitive analyses and market assessments, thinking creatively beyond adjacent jewelry brands for inspiration.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for regional partners and cross-functional projects, tracking project timelines and troubleshooting complex issues.
- Prepare presentations and materials for Senior Management and internal calls with Regional Marketing Leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Business Analytics
- Conduct complex business analysis by synthesizing cross-channel insights from website, email, organic & paid media, and external sources to measure initiative success and inform future strategies.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships
- Develop and manage relationships within cross-functional project teams including Client Development, Email, Site Content, Visual Merchandising, Media, CVM, Events, PR, and Category Management to ensure timely and effective execution of initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and communication on initiative asset kits, collaborating with Project Management and internal Creative teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 3+ years related work experience
- Deep understanding of the brand's identity, heritage, and positioning within the luxury landscape
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Business writing and public speaking proficiency
- Hands-on, "get-it-done", results-driven mentality with the ability to be agile, prioritize, and multi-task
- Exceptional organizational and critical problem-solving abilities with experience analyzing data and insights
- Demonstrated cultural awareness with the flexibility to work with international time zones
- Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

- Proactive and solutions-oriented with the ability to navigate global priorities, manage multiple high-impact initiatives, and deliver results with precision and agility
Compensation
Compensation: $77,010 - $104,190. The rate of pay will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
