Job Description

Position Overview

The Field Key Account Manager is responsible for winning new regional commercial key accounts within their territory to drive volume, distribution, and executional excellence. Acting as a true hunter, this role builds strong partnerships and collaborates with the HQ Regional Account Manager for a smooth handoff post-sale. The position plays a key role in enhancing RBNA On Premise standards and is eligible to be based in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales funnel for targeted Regional Commercial Key Accounts and build strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Collaborate with On Premise marketing to develop compelling sales pitch presentations and negotiate contracts within approved spend thresholds.
  • Regularly review and update the Commercial Regional Key Account Sales Pipeline, leveraging business insights to drive greater distribution and execution.
  • Work closely with regional and distributor partner teams to align account priorities and drive successful onboarding of new business.
  • Establish and manage volume and ROI proposals while planning yearly business strategies for regional key accounts.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of On Premise sales experience with a proven track record in building commercial regional key account success.
  • Strong analytical skills and negotiation experience.
  • Valid US driver's license with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
