Position Overview
Since 2012, Giving Home Health Care has been supporting individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy. With a focus on personalized, in-home care, we proudly serve patients across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

The Billing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in processing caregiver notes, ensuring their accuracy, and preparing them for payroll and billing. This involves communicating with caregivers regarding any documentation corrections or missing information and managing back-end denials for an assigned caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Monthly and quarterly reporting, utilizing existing spreadsheet systems
- Use of medical management software, PDF editing software, spreadsheets, email, and other basic Microsoft applications
- Review of medical and caregiver notes for accuracy
- Ensuring payroll deadlines are met and all contractors are paid accurately in collaboration with the notes processor or care team
- Timely troubleshooting of problems
Required Qualifications
- Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Strong computer skills, specifically with Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
- High level of accuracy in work tasks
- Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
- Sharp memory with strong analytical ability
- Genuine interest in making a difference behind the scenes for our patients and their families
- Great interpersonal skills and a proven team player
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks and work at a computer for extended periods
