Position Overview

Enthusiast Auto Holdings (EAH) is a highly successful e-commerce company in the automotive aftermarket parts industry. EAH goes to market via ten enthusiast focused websites (ECS Tuning, Turner Motorsport, Pelican Parts, Rennline, Texas Speed & Performance, Z1 Motorsports, Z1 Off-Road, RCI Off-Road, EVANNEX and TEQSPORT) and serves automotive enthusiast customers who are passionate about how their vehicle looks and performs by providing the parts, content, knowledge, and support to bring their vehicles to life. Additionally, EAH supports a global network of specialty installer shops offering a "Do it For Me" option. With strong organic growth, market-leading profitability, multiple acquisitions, and plans for continued expansion, EAH is owned and supported by Cortec Group, a premier private equity firm that has invested significantly to expand its operations, facilities, technology, and leadership—including a major facility expansion and implementation of enterprise-level ERP/WMS/OMS systems. EAH is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager with a demonstrated track record in managing complex Paid Search campaigns and ready to define, plan, and execute a comprehensive media strategy. Location: world headquarters west of Akron, OH; reporting to the Director, Growth Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of performance campaigns using advertising platforms such as Google Ads.
  • Improve Google’s PMAX campaign performance through bid and data feed optimization.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar annual spend budget effectively across multiple marketing channels.
  • Prepare and present weekly/monthly metric reports for business stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Monitor industry news and the latest changes that impact our programs.
  • Partner with Planning, Creative, and Brand teams to create cohesive messaging and shopping experiences.
  • Perform additional tasks and activities as required, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Required Qualifications

  • Develop and execute a Paid Media strategy that helps the organization meet and exceed its EBITDA goals.
  • Build strong relationships and receive positive feedback from banner company associates.
  • Increase new customer acquisition through a diverse portfolio of Digital Marketing channels.
  • Education: Associate or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Programming, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
  • Experience Required: 4+ Years of professional and/or intern experience in Paid Media (PPC, SEM, Display) and/or Analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous position in an Agency, Online B2C, or Retail Industry.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and a strong auto enthusiast background.
