Our client

an AI security startup, is seeking Sales Development Representatives to join its growing go-to-market team.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a driven, high-EQ individual with up to one year of professional experience who is eager to launch a career in tech sales. The team is looking for someone coachable, resilient, and motivated to learn, with the ambition to help build the company’s outbound sales motion from the ground up. This is a strong opportunity for someone comfortable with high-volume outreach who wants to grow into an Account Executive role within 12–24 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Make a high volume of daily outbound calls (100+ per day) to generate pipeline
  • Build and execute outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach to engage security and technical teams
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team
  • Partner with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Up to 1 year of experience in a performance-driven environment (sales, public speaking, athletics, debate, acting, etc.)
  • Demonstrated grit and resilience (e.g., door-to-door sales, competitive activities, leadership roles)
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and emerging technologies
  • High emotional intelligence and strong self-awareness
  • Humble, coachable, and eager to develop within a fast-paced startup environment
