The Events Coordinator / Field Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting our home care services through community events, facility partnerships, and local outreach. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and attend community events, health fairs, and facility visits to promote agency services.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior living facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and community partners.
• Generate and convert caregiver and client leads through field marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and admissions teams to align campaigns and track results.
• Represent the agency professionally and positively at all events and community functions.
• Maintain records of outreach activities, event metrics, and lead conversions.
• Identify new community partnerships, sponsorships, and engagement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently in the field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home care, healthcare marketing, community outreach, or event coordination.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
