Renewal By Andersen is a leading provider of premium window and door replacement solutions dedicated to exceptional customer service and high-quality products. Our Event Marketing Agents play a key role representing our brand, engaging with homeowners, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers at events to generate interest and leads.
- Educate attendees about our products and services in a professional and approachable manner.
- Represent Renewal By Andersen with enthusiasm, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Travel to designated event locations as required.
- Perform additional responsibilities based on event requirements and company needs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Availability for variable part-time shifts (4–6 hours), including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report check.
- Basic computer skills.
- Employment contingent on a clean, basic background check.
Compensation
- Base pay starts at $16 per hour with paid training.
- Earn between $18 and $25 per hour with generous commission incentives—your success is rewarded!
Working & Physical Conditions
- Must stand and move for extended periods (up to 6+ hours) in a fast-paced event setting.
- Responsible for event setup including lifting and assembling canopies, tents, tables, and marketing materials (up to 50+ lbs).
- Work takes place both indoors and outdoors, requiring adaptability to various weather conditions (heat, cold, wind).
- Mobility to navigate event sites efficiently including festivals, trade shows, and large public venues.
