Junior Event Marketing Agent

Position Overview

Renewal By Andersen is a leading provider of premium window and door replacement solutions dedicated to exceptional customer service and high-quality products. Our Event Marketing Agents play a key role representing our brand, engaging with homeowners, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers at events to generate interest and leads.
• Educate attendees about our products and services in a professional and approachable manner.
• Represent Renewal By Andersen with enthusiasm, maintaining a positive brand image.
• Travel to designated event locations as required.
• Perform additional responsibilities based on event requirements and company needs.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability for variable part-time shifts (4–6 hours), including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor in fast-paced environments.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Report check.
• Basic computer skills.
• Employment contingent on a clean, basic background check.

Compensation

• Base pay starts at $16 per hour with paid training.
• Earn between $18 and $25 per hour with generous commission incentives—your success is rewarded!

Working & Physical Conditions

• Must stand and move for extended periods (up to 6+ hours) in a fast-paced event setting.
• Responsible for event setup including lifting and assembling canopies, tents, tables, and marketing materials (up to 50+ lbs).
• Work takes place both indoors and outdoors, requiring adaptability to various weather conditions (heat, cold, wind).
• Mobility to navigate event sites efficiently including festivals, trade shows, and large public venues.
