Position Overview

A company is looking for a Premier Service Associate to support clients with their investment needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
  • Engage customers in investment recommendation conversations
  • Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transactions and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2+ years of financial customer service experience
  • Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
  • FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required
  • Insurance license may be required within 90 days of hire
