Position Overview
A company is looking for a Premier Service Associate to support clients with their investment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Service new and existing client needs via inbound calls
- Engage customers in investment recommendation conversations
- Demonstrate knowledge of brokerage transactions and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2+ years of financial customer service experience
- Knowledge of current financial markets and retirement account operations
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 required
- Insurance license may be required within 90 days of hire
