Position Overview

We are currently seeking board‑certified or board‑eligible emergency medicine and family medicine physicians to join our busy urgent care centers located in Westchester, Putnam, Dutchess, and Ulster Counties, NY. This role is part of a multi‑specialty group under Optum, offering a flexible schedule with opportunities for both in‑office and virtual care, and is fully supported by a dedicated clinical and non‑clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services in a fast‑paced environment at multiple centers.
• Collaborate with board‑certified Emergency Medicine Physicians, Internists, Family Practitioners, and Advanced Practice Clinicians.
• Utilize on‑site laboratory, radiology, and point‑of‑care testing to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate care through a shared electronic medical record with the multispecialty group.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate both in‑office and virtual care delivery.

Required Qualifications

• Board‑certification or board‑eligibility in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Completion of training as an American Medical Graduate (AMG) or Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) with an Allopathic (MD) or Osteopathic (DO) background.
• Valid work authorization (US Citizen or Green Card holder).
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, physician‑centric environment.
