Position Overview
As a Junior Marketing Associate at Tahzoo, you will work alongside our experienced marketing team to assist in various initiatives—from strategy development to campaign execution. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to kickstart their marketing career with hands-on experience.Compensation:Salary Range: $60-70k; compensation will be determined based on your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Contribute to content creation for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the marketing team in campaign planning, execution, reporting, polling data, and consolidating reports.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role or relevant internship.
- Creative thinker with a positive attitude and a passion for marketing and consumer engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex messages clearly and effectively.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools is a plus.
