Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire New Business: Develop new accounts by delivering consultative IT staffing solutions.
  • Manage Key Clients: Build lasting, strategic relationships that create mutual success.
  • Provide Leadership: Partner with and mentor recruiters to ensure strong client delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT staffing or consulting sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT hiring trends, client needs, and consultant lifecycle management.
  • Proven track record in both new client acquisition and account growth.
  • Professional communication skills and executive presence.
