Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our National Marketing Team at Anywhere Integrated Services. In this role you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, events and traditional channels. A key aspect of the position is coordinating with internal teams and vendors, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring a cohesive brand message. Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000. Success in this role requires strong project management, proactive communication and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and design compelling marketing campaigns that align with company goals and resonate across diverse regional markets.
- Implement campaigns across all marketing channels including digital, social media, email, content marketing, events, and traditional advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance using key metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Coordinate and manage various channels to maximize reach and engagement while ensuring a consistent brand message.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, sales, product) to ensure marketing initiatives meet business objectives.
- Track and manage vendor deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and meet expectations.
- Conduct competitive research with local experts to keep our brands ahead of the curve.
- Manage the Sales Rep Portal (Marq) in partnership with design resources and internal stakeholders to keep assets current, brand compliant and accessible.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing with a focus on campaign and program management.
- Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels and regions.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with design tools like Canva, InDesign, etc.
- Experience leveraging project management software such as Hive or Monday.com.
- Proactive approach to learning with an active interest in applying AI in marketing to drive efficiency.
- Experience working with diverse teams across different regions.
