Position Overview
The Bilingual Reach Financial (RF) Opener position is non-exempt and focused on providing exceptional phone support for National Debt Relief’s clientele enrolled in our debt settlement program. In this full‐time remote role (starting 6/23/2025), you will answer general inquiries, address client concerns, and anticipate client needs throughout the program. You will make and answer inbound and outbound calls, determine loan eligibility, and maintain a positive rapport with clients. Positions are available in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. The shift schedule is Monday – Friday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Central Time (subject to business needs).
Key Responsibilities
- Enroll qualified clients into Reach Financial’s express loan consolidation program
- Document client discussions clearly and concisely using Salesforce
- Meet performance criteria set by the management team (subject to change)
- Review and obtain settlement approvals from clients
- Escalate and direct clients to Supervisors or other departments when required
- Adhere to National Debt Relief and RFO department policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish is required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years’ experience in an account executive or inside sales role
- Sales experience in a contact center environment
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with acute attention to detail
- Ability to remain professional, empathetic, polite, flexible, confident, tactful, patient, and diplomatic
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus
- Must attain and maintain high sales metrics monthly
- Ability to de-escalate stressful situations
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Clearly explain the loan program details to prospective customers
- Accurately record call details in Salesforce
- Support and de-escalate vulnerable or difficult client situations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Punctuality and readiness to report consistently
- Available for a full-time position, with overtime eligibility if classified non-exempt
- Willingness to take constructive feedback
Compensation Information
The salary for this position is$20.50/hrand iseligible for performance based bonuses. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, work-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with applicable law.
