Opportunities exist in Electronic & Electrical, Flight, Materials and Process, Mechanical/Structural, Production and Industrial, Software, Systems, Test and Evaluation Engineering, and more. Roles may be 100% onsite, hybrid, or virtual, and applicants must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. Some positions may also require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Currently majoring in a core engineering/applied sciences discipline (e.g., Aeronautical/Aerospace, Civil [especially Structural], Chemical, Computer Engineering/Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics, Physics, Software Engineering, or related fields).
- Currently enrolled at a college or university with an expected graduation date prior to August 2026.

- Strong academic performance.
- Exceptional organizational and collaboration skills demonstrated through leadership roles in teams or student/civic organizations.
- Robust technical experiences showcased through projects, research, or engineering internships.
- Excellent communication skills and a deep enthusiasm for engineering and aerospace.
Benefits & Perks
- Compensation: Entry-Level (Level 1) $50,000 - $119,000; Associate (Level 2) $60,000 - $144,000; Mid-Level (Level 3) $72,000 - $174,000. Pay is based on candidate experience, qualifications, market, and business considerations.
