Local Social Marketing Specialist | World-Leading Entertainment Brand

Location: Dallas, TX (On-site)
Compensation: $40/hour (Benefits available via Talent Table)

12-Month Contract

As the Local Social Marketing Specialist, you will be the pulse of the brand's live experience in Dallas. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and local community engagement, ensuring that the world's leading streaming service resonates with authenticity and visual brilliance on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to execute the "Live Experience" vision and overarching marketing objectives.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Conduct ongoing social analysis of the experiential landscape to identify unique selling points and untapped market opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Paid Social, Growth, Comms, and Brand Creative teams to develop and distribute content that transcends organic reach.
  • Milestone Management: Drive strategic alignment across stakeholders to ensure creative inputs meet critical project timelines.
  • Insight & Analytics: Execute social listening and performance reporting, delivering actionable optimizations to broader teams.
  • Market Resonance: Oversee market-specific creative and "tone of voice" to ensure local accuracy and cultural relevancy.
  • On-Site Execution: Support "Always-On" programming, soft openings, and tentpole activations in partnership with Operations.
  • Content Production: Capture, edit, and produce high-velocity, narrative-driven social content directly from the field for immediate deployment.
  • Liaison: Serve as the primary on-the-ground point of contact for local creators, influencers, and VIPs.
  • Community Integration: Embed within mall, partnership, and community workflows to advocate for social opportunities during the earliest planning phases.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: 5+ years of hands-on social media expertise (Entertainment, Events, Theme Parks, or Lifestyle brands preferred)
  • Visual Artistry: Strong visual sensibility with proven experience in mobile/camera photo and video capture and editing
  • Agility: Ability to produce high-quality work within a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Communication: Exceptional written skills with a talent for fostering deep community engagement
  • Presence: Must be based in Dallas and available for consistent on-site presence
