Job Description

Position Overview

Our family of brands partners with nonprofits, trade associations, and mission-driven organizations by providing innovative software, impactful marketing strategies, and tools that empower positive change. We are a fast-growing, full-service marketing agency seeking highly skilled freelancers in areas like SEO, branding, HubSpot marketing, website optimization, data analytics, and event marketing. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge projects and for top performers, transition into a full-time position with competitive compensation (200K–300K PHP/month).

Key Responsibilities

  • Organic Demand Generation: Conduct technical SEO audits, optimize on-site content, execute offsite link-building and PR outreach, and improve AI search visibility (e.g., Bing, ChatGPT, Google SGE).
  • Technical SEO / Operations Support: Provide hands-on SEO execution and reporting while collaborating with content, development, and data teams.
  • Branding & Visual Identity: Develop brand identities and visual assets; create videos, graphics, social media posts, and design collateral such as pitch decks and one-pagers.
  • HubSpot Marketing: Design and build landing pages and email templates, manage campaign creation, automation and reporting, and optimize HubSpot workflows and integrations; additionally, provide operations support as needed.
  • Website Creation & Optimization: Build and maintain WordPress websites (specializing in Enfold Theme), support SEO migrations, and troubleshoot performance and UX issues.
  • Events & Webinars: Plan, market, and execute virtual and in-person events along with creating marketing materials for trade shows and webinars.
  • Data Analytics & Marketing Insights: Analyze marketing performance, generate insights, build dashboards and reports (e.g., Looker Studio, GA4), and implement tracking using Google Tag Manager.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in your area of expertise.
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a passion for marketing, technology, and data-driven results.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, global teams.
  • Open to long-term collaboration with the potential for transitioning to a full-time role.
