Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) based in Austin, TX. The RBT will implement behavior analysis and intervention programs under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Responsibilities include supporting children and individuals with behavioral needs, conducting interventions, recording behavioral data, assisting with skill-building activities, and promoting positive behaviors. Collaboration with families and team members to achieve client-specific objectives is essential to this role.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and application of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Proficiency in Behavioral Intervention techniques and strategies
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with families, clients, and team members
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Certification as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
- Patience, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus
