Job Description
Position Overview
This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by handling inbound/outbound calls, responding to inquiries, processing orders and applications, and ensuring compliance with HIPPA guidelines. The candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, uphold the company’s core values and mission, and contribute to an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and/or place outbound calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Provide customers with product and service information. Enter customer information.
- Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues, including complaints.
- Route calls to the appropriate resource.
- Comply with all HIPPA guidelines to protect all personal health information at all times.
- Follow company core Values and Mission.
- Ability to pass skills assessment during the recruitment/hiring process.
- Pass required background drug screening.
- Follow all Attendance & Performance metrics.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Strong data entry/keyboard skills.
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Must have a "can do" attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
- Previous experience requiring clear and calm communication by phone.
- Previous experience with effective use of computer systems and maintaining good records.
