In this role as a Marketing Analyst, you’ll work closely with our Growth, Marketing, and Analytics teams to understand how customers discover us, what drives conversion, and how we can scale more efficiently across paid media, lifecycle channels, and experiments. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their analytics career who seeks real ownership and rapid growth in a high-impact direct-to-consumer environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Growth and Marketing teams with day-to-day performance analysis across paid media, lifecycle, and on-site funnels.
- Monitor and analyze paid marketing channels including Google, Meta, and other digital platforms, tracking spend, conversions, CAC, and efficiency trends.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards and recurring reports to surface clear, actionable insights.
- Assist with campaign analysis and post-launch reviews to identify what worked, what didn’t, and why.
- Analyze funnel performance across key steps from visit to signup, conversion, and subscription.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation analysis, helping evaluate lift and performance changes.
- Collaborate with the Analytics and Engineering teams to ensure tracking accuracy and data quality.
- Segment customer data to identify trends by channel, cohort, or behavior.
- Contribute to improving attribution logic and measurement approaches over time.
- Translate data into clear written insights for stakeholders across the business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, analytics, or data-focused role (internships included).
- Strong comfort working with numbers, metrics, and datasets.
- Working knowledge of SQL, including basic joins, aggregations, and filters.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as paid search, paid social, funnels, and attribution.
- Experience with analytics or reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or DOMO.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for understanding data trends.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate data insights clearly and confidently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to direct-to-consumer (D2C), e-commerce, or subscription-based business models.
- Familiarity with tools such as Segment, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRM platforms.
- Experience with experimentation or advanced attribution concepts.
- Ability to work with large datasets or event-level data.
