Position Overview

Immediately hiring Part Time Customer Support Specialists at Answer Message Technologies, Inc.! Our technology makes us a virtual extension of our clients’ teams, directly impacting their everyday operations. If you're a strong typist who loves customer service and talking to people, this in‐office role is for you. Every interaction is an opportunity to help a customer feel valued, respected, and taken care of.

Key Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming calls and greet callers.
  • Provide and request required information; transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
  • Operate our state-of-the-art call processing system and utilize various call center tools to prioritize customer needs.
  • Work exclusively in an inbound call center environment (no outbound telemarketing or hard sales calls).

Required Qualifications

  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone.
  • Strong command of the English language with good spelling and grammar.
  • Computer skills in a Windows based environment.
  • Good attendance.
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute or more.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $16 / Hour
  • Shifts Offered: Part Time, Various Shifts Available, and must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week).
  • Training provided for approximately one week before transitioning to your set schedule.
