Position Overview
Barney's Sweet Shop is looking for a Remote Customer Service/Help desk Analyst to join our team in Ashland City, TN. This position is available for both part-time and full-time hours. As a Customer Service/Help desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Assist with training new team members on customer service best practices
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or help desk support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- High school diploma or equivalent
