Position Overview
The Accenture Supply Chain & Operations Logistics team is redefining how companies innovate within the supply chain. Our Logistics practice delivers cutting-edge transportation and logistics solutions, helping clients streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction through digital transformation. As a logistics transformation expert in Warehousing and/or Transportation solutions, you bring strategic insight and analytical expertise to lead teams and engage clients in delivering sustainable, innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement logistics transformation strategies using SAP Digital Supply Chain solutions.
- Develop and oversee functional designs and manage hand-offs with technical development teams.
- Lead full-cycle SAP Digital Supply Chain transformations, from blueprinting and configuration to testing and go-live.
- Collaborate with clients and Accenture teams to design logistics solutions for resilient and sustainable supply chains.
- Act as the primary SAP Supply Chain capability contact and support project governance.
- Mentor Accenture’s Supply Chain & Operations Logistics team members, building domain expertise.
- Contribute to business development, proposal submissions, and client presentations.
- Travel may be required depending on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years in logistics and transportation, including SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) project leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or at least 10 years of work experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong SAP EWM configuration, integration, and deployment experience across multiple full-cycle implementations in various industries.
- Recognized as a thought leader in supply chain by partners, customers, and SAP.
- Experience with cloud platforms and integrating SAP EWM with cloud solutions and/or warehouse automation hardware providers.
- Strong analytical skills to improve warehouse efficiency, network productivity, and cost management.
- Proficiency in leveraging the latest digital technologies such as GenAI to enhance logistics and warehousing operations.
