Position Overview

Basic knowledge of construction products and power tools is beneficial as we provide world-class, hands-on training to all candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue by training and educating key personnel on the functions and benefits of Diablo products.
- Demonstrate key features and translate them into benefits for consumers.
- Manage inventory levels, promotional items, and marketing campaigns, while creatively cross merchandising to enhance product placement.
- Organize a strategic and logistical monthly schedule.
- Submit feedback from end user testimonials and analysis.
- Maintain technical and professional knowledge of products.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher (MUST)
- Valid driver's license
- 0-4 years of professional experience
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and advance in a sales career
- Recognized work ethic with an unwavering desire to consistently exceed goals
- Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, persuasion, and negotiating skills
- Excellent ability to listen, earn trust, persuade, and confidently communicate with customers
