Neurofeedback Technician - Private Practice

Position Overview

Mind Body Treatment, a neurotherapy clinic with locations in Oakland and Santa Rosa, is seeking a Neurofeedback Technician to deliver advanced mental health treatments. In this role you will work directly with patients by conducting qEEG brain mappings and providing treatments such as biofeedback, neurofeedback, and neuromodulation under the direct supervision of Dr. Damian, a licensed clinical psychologist. Applicants must be prepared to commit at least 12 months and follow the schedule of 9AM–6PM, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qEEG brain mappings and provide neurotherapy using biofeedback, neurofeedback, and neuromodulation.
• Work directly with mental health patients under the supervision of Dr. Damian.
• Build strong rapport with patients to promote effective treatment outcomes.
• Adhere to protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Completion or near completion of a Bachelor's degree in the mental health field.
• A warm, patient, and empathic disposition with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Organized, professional, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Proficiency with software and technology.
• Ability to commit to at least a 12-month tenure due to the level of investment and training provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• Neurofeedback experience is preferred (though not required – paid training will be provided by a BCIA certified provider).
• Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career at Mind Body Treatment.
