Entry-Level Sales- Recruiter​/Account Manager

Position Overview

This job description outlines multiple pathways within Insight Global’s sales team. You may start as a Recruiter—learning the ins and outs of staffing, interviewing, and offer negotiation—and then progress into roles such as Account Manager or Professional Recruiter. Key Responsibilities

Recruiter

• Review resumes from the internal database and online job boards.
• Conduct phone interviews and prepare candidates to meet hiring managers.
• Negotiate job offers to get candidates hired.
• Spend approximately six months in the Recruiter role before enrolling into either Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT).
• Work 8–12 weeks to earn promotion into either role.

Account Manager

• Make initial connections through networking and cold calls.
• Run in‑person meetings and lunches to learn hiring goals and team dynamics.
• Gather job requirements and collaborate with the Recruiting team to find the right candidates.
• Sell staffing services as experts in hiring.

Professional Recruiter

• Build relationships with candidates to understand their experience and career aspirations.
• Match clients to consultants for a world‑class experience.
• Provide continued support throughout consultants’ careers.

Benefits & Perks

• Compensation: Base salary of $45,500 – $67,000 per year, with a Sign‑on bonus of $5,000, annual bonus, commission, cell allowance up to $6,600, and weekly uncapped commission.

• Account Managers and Professional Recruiters may also win annual sales contests with all‑expensed trips, LTIPs, and cash bonuses starting at $7,500.
