Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions, operating renowned brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. You will receive hands-on training to build essential skills in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, preparing you to eventually run your own branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while developing operational expertise.
  • Master customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations to prepare for future branch management.
  • Engage in community outreach to cultivate new business opportunities.
  • Participate actively in a structured training environment with guidance, mentoring, and support.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 1 year within the last 6 years in areas such as commission-based sales, customer service in a sales industry, athletic participation, or leadership roles in clubs, organizations, or the military.
  • Requirements: Valid driver's license; a preferred commute of under 25 minutes during rush hour; authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship; and a satisfactory background check including driving record, employment references, education, and social security verification.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: The targeted 1st year annual compensation is $60,194 based on a 45-hour work week, including an hourly rate of $24.37 plus overtime, with the potential to earn up to $64,000 based on performance, hours worked, promotions, overtime, and bonuses.
