We are also home to a legendary rock magazine which is now being reimagined for the digital age as a streaming platform, print publication and live experience hub. Applicants must have entertainment experience and reside in Location: Nashville, TN. We are seeking a highly organized Media Manager to take ownership of our entire digital media pipeline—from ingesting raw footage and audio to organizing project files, implementing storage structures, and maintaining backups and archives.
Key Responsibilities
- Ingest and organize footage, audio, and design files from various sources.
- Manage working drives, backup protocols, and archiving systems.
- Maintain clean, consistent folder structures and naming conventions across projects.
- Coordinate with editors, producers, and creatives to ensure file accessibility and workflow efficiency.
- Troubleshoot storage issues and monitor media system health.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in post-production or digital asset management.
- Proficient in media workflows, file formats, and metadata tagging.
- Experience with shared storage systems (e.g., RAID, NAS), backup tools, and archiving solutions.
- Detail-obsessed with excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, or other editing software, a plus.
- Currently resides in the Nashville, Tennessee area.
