Responsibilities

• Develop strategic business plans and objectives to drive organic growth and identify new business opportunities
• Analyze market trends and industry data to identify areas of opportunity
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry
• Develop and maintain strong communication channels with external partners
• Monitor and analyze competitor strategies and activities
• Prepare presentations and reports to present to senior management
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with external partners
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the business development team
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and laws
