Patient Care Tech - PCT - Johns Hopkins Hospital is a full-time position (36 hours; Day, Night, and Rotating shifts) where you will deliver highly skilled, compassionate, and patient-family centered care as a vital member of our health care team. In your first year, you will attend eight days of interactive off-unit training designed to support your personal and professional development. Key Responsibilities

• Provide highly skilled, compassionate, and patient-family centered care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality care.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Maryland is required.
• One year of clinical experience (e.g., home care, outpatient, acute care; hospital preferred) or volunteer work as EMT/CRT.
• BLS CPR certification required: AHA, Red Cross, or Military Training Network accepted.
• Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.

Compensation

• Salary Range: Minimum 18.41/hour - Maximum 27.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience.
