    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Source multiple hourly wage candidates for Delivery Driver Position (Amazon Partner) to meet recruiting needs for the Aurora-based business</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Screen all candidates before moving them into the interview process</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Organize online and phone interviews with selected candidates</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Maintain calendar of candidate interviews for management</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Initiate Drug Screen, Driving History &amp; Background checks for all candidates</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Track all recruiting activity to ensure accurate recruiting data</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Provide recruiting and administrative support</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Capable of working remotely</li>
