Sports Minded Sales Associate

Position Overview

Our company is seeking a highly motivated, sports-minded individual to join our sales team as an entry-level sales associate based in Mesa, Arizona. In this role, you will generate new business by prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. Our Compensation includes an hourly rate of $17–$21 per hour and an OTE (On-Target Earnings) of $42,000–$52,000 annually including commission and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
