Value Stream (Operations) Manager

Position Overview

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage process flows, eliminate bottlenecks, drive process improvements, and foster a collaborative environment that motivates teams to exceed their goals. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for increasing operational efficiency and productivity.
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the operations department.
• Manage process flows, identify and eliminate bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Foster a collaborative environment and motivate the team to meet and exceed goals.
• Develop and implement a training program for employees to ensure best practices are followed.
• Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement within the operations department.
• Proactively address potential issues and develop solutions to improve operations.
• Create and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with any relevant laws and regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least three years of experience in operations management.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of successfully managing operational processes and teams.
