Join our dynamic Data Science and Analytics team as a Data Scientist, Marketing to drive smarter marketing decisions by building and refining Marketing Mix Modeling frameworks, developing predictive models, and guiding strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of marketing mix models (MMM) to evaluate marketing effectiveness across channels.
  • Build predictive models and assist with simulations to inform marketing strategies and budget recommendations.
  • Contribute to experimentation efforts, including A/B test design, implementation, and analysis.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and optimization opportunities while developing AI-driven data products.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable formats.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in AI and marketing analytics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics).
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency in Python, R, and experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn).
  • Strong foundation in statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with experimental design and A/B testing concepts.
  • Experience working with SQL and data visualization tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to marketing analytics, attribution modeling, or MMM.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) or big data tools (e.g., Spark).
  • Knowledge of marketing technology and advertising platforms.
  • Background in entertainment, media, or consumer-facing industries.

Benefits & Perks

  • Compensation: $114,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually, with the final offer dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
  • Annual Bonus: Eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
