Role Description
This full-time, on-site role in Houston, TX, is for a Sales Manager specializing in home backup generators. The Sales Manager will develop and implement sales strategies, identify and engage prospective clients, and manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include presenting product benefits, preparing sales proposals, managing client negotiations, and maintaining ongoing client relationships. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify client needs and close deals
- Knowledge of residential backup generators, sustainable energy solutions, and related technologies
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
- Self-motivation and results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the energy industry is an advantage
