Job Description

Position Overview

Our Georgia Healthcare agents support ResultsCX customers with a wide range of healthcare-related inquiries. You will conduct detailed insurance plan reviews, process change requests, perform healthcare screenings, schedule appointments, and assist members in finding a primary care physician. You’ll handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns and help turn challenging situations into positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist members with insurance plan reviews and change requests.
  • Manage inbound calls and outbound campaigns to provide timely healthcare information.
  • Schedule healthcare screenings and appointments while ensuring accurate information flow.
  • Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in every customer interaction.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 words per minute.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must confidently toggle between multiple systems during customer interactions.
  • Availability: Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week.
  • Compensation: Healthcare pay starts at $13/hr in training, with rates varying by program fit.
  • Remote Work Requirements: Must reside in Georgia; require a PC or laptop running Windows 10 (no Mac, Chromebook, tablet, or smartphone), high-speed internet (download ≥10 Mbps and upload ≥6 Mbps), direct Ethernet connection, two dedicated monitors (minimum 13" each), a VoIP USB headset with microphone and webcam, and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
