Junior Copywriter

Position Overview

NgageContent, a 100% remote, rapidly growing digital marketing agency on the cutting edge of content marketing, is seeking a Junior Copywriter. In this role, you will produce compelling, optimized content for various channels with a key emphasis on manufacturing. You’ll work independently and collaboratively with editorial and external teams to achieve outstanding content marketing, SEO, and web content goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling, optimized content for new website builds
• Write monthly blogs, web pages, and social media content
• Collaborate with the inbound team to develop content for marketing automation
• Provide content support to the web development and design team
• Attend client meetings/calls to understand content goals and timelines
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to guide content strategy

Required Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and process-driven
• Technically oriented with an insatiable desire to learn
• Self-disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and remain focused under tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a content role
• Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Familiarity with modern workflow tools like Basecamp, Slack, or Google Apps
• Experience with SEO tools such as Moz, SEMRush, or Google Keyword Planner
• Experience with social media tools like Buffer, Sprout, or Hootsuite
• Background in marketing, journalism, PR, or communications
• Proven track record as a self-starter driven to achieve goals
• Experience with WordPress is a plus

Compensation:$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
