Director of Email Marketing

Position Overview

Topline Pro is building an AI-powered Shopify for service businesses, helping pros like roofers, landscapers, and painters acquire direct business fast. As a YC-backed company serving over 1,000 local service businesses and recognized as one of the 2023 top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs, we are expanding our team of talented rockstars. We are seeking an experienced email marketer to optimize outbound, retargeting, and marketing email campaigns. You will work with leading technologies and directly report to the CEO while redefining the possibilities in outbound marketing. This is a hybrid role with a presence in Boston and NYC (preference for at least 4 days per week in the Boston office).

Key Responsibilities

• Further scale existing email strategies
• Implement improved automations, systems, and processes for emailing at scale
• Monitor email inbox health
• Test new campaign strategies and utilize a data-backed approach to analytics
• Recommend and implement new marketing tech stacks
• Report to and work directly with the CEO

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in email marketing
• Familiarity with email tech stacks and email inbox health monitoring
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address dynamic, complex challenges
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
