The Entry-Level Sales Representative will drive sales, build B2B relationships with healthcare professionals, and increase market share within the Midwest territory (IL, IN, MN, SD, ND). Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospital staff, and purchasing managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Present and educate customers on product benefits, features, and best practices.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by executing strategic sales plans.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and training sessions to stay updated on market trends and company products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve product-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of sales experience; previous experience in medical device or healthcare sales is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 70%).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with a CRM or ERP system preferred but not required.
